Summer is here and so are the challenges. But, this awesome season brings possible opportunities to cut off those pounds, which you have been planning for so long. In fact, it is a boon to get fit quickly. This is because, we sweat more than the other seasons, and the temperature is always higher which always keeps us dehydrated rather than hungry. We end up drinking more water. A little bit efforts and a few points to keep in mind can easily gift you the shape you always dream about.

1. Stay hydrated: This has been a repetitive tip for years. But still I would love to repeat because this is the base of fitness. 50 % of our fitness depends on how much water we consume. Hydration will help you to fight heat and suppress your hunger. You can add low calorie drinks along with normal water to increase the intake like lemon juice, Buttermilk, Green tea, Aam panna, Ice tea. These beverages will help you to keep you cool. 2. Schedule your workout timings: If you eat wisely, wake up early and exercise at the same time daily, there is no need to join any gym. Choose mornings to exercise, mornings are always best to work out for weight loss. Always exercise for at least 3o minutes, our body starts losing calories after 20 minutes of workout. This is the reason when people who work out for 15-20 minutes in a day, often complain about not getting results faster. Do not break the consistency, after a week, your body will become comfortable with the exercise and you will feel incomplete without your workout sessions.


3. Meal planning: According to a research, to lose weight easily and quickly, you should plan your meals. It does not mean you should cut down anything. People often think and misunderstand dieting. You simply have to include healthy food which gives a complete nutritional package. Cut down Carbohydrates & Fat and add Protein to your daily meals.
