Post

The summer is full in mood and it's the perfect time to show off that body to its peak. We all want to fly in our own comfort garbs but, that portion in our wardrobe is often untouched. We all want to look great and be comfortable at the same time, not an easy mission? Maybe you are wrong...

Trust me, the way you visualize yourself is the perfect look for you. Actually, you don't need any additional piece of advice at all. Just relax, think about yourself, your body, your lifestyle and yeah don't forget your food habits, it's on the top of the list.

There are some out of us who are struggling for fitness, some are fit but confused on fashion, and some are trapped by both. Here's the good news for all! Summers are the perfect time for those who have been dreaming of losing some pounds. I want to share few tips which will work as wonders if followed correctly: First of everything. Do not I will repeat, do not follow everything. There are plenty of write-ups and tips to stay fit, but, choose your own and the right one for you.

Polish your lifestyle: Everyone has a lifestyle, even those who have no lifestyle gives an example of a bad one. So, pick a good one. It is easy, rather than waiting for inspiration, become an inspiration for people around you. Create your own lifestyle which your friends want to follow. We all hate sweaty exercises and gyming. Make a simple but disciplined work out plan. Start with something easy- like, changing your mindset. Yeah, that's the one. We think of a work out as a burden. Understand that work out is as important as eating. Do you plan to eat? Do you think about it before eating? Exactly. Make it a habit. To be true, the first week will be difficult, but, that's fine, any new thing in life is different initially so as this.

Take it easy: Tone your body with ease. Do not stress your body and don't make too many changes at one time. 15 minutes of jogging and skipping can give you the curve you need. But, make sure you meet your jogging track daily. So, there's is no need to jump on to equipments and strict work out sessions.

Mind what you eat: Have some food fun! I won't repeat the universal saying of do not skip the breakfast and stuff as it's understood that breaking the fast of 10-12 hours in the morning is necessary. When I say mind what you eat doesn't mean you have to eat boring food. Most of the women think that healthy is boring. Let's have a quick view on some panaceas:
• Try to have home cooked meals
• Don't eat if not hungry
• Eat more of veggies then that of chapatis
• Add a bowl of dal to your meal
• Drinking plenty of water is obvious
• Have a cup of black coffee in the morning
• Have a glass of water before dinner
• Replace curd with buttermilk
• Eat before your stomach asks for food
• Stay away from added sugars

Make sure you get enough sleep: Early to bed and early to rise is not a bad idea to follow. The first day wake up a little early, rest will automatically be been taken care. Although we all have 8-10 hours of work, sleeping on time is important for health, skin, and hair. After dinner spend some time with yourself, turn off those lights half an hour before and you will achieve nirvana.

Stay Motivated: Keeping yourself motivated and setting goals while toning yourself is a smart way to never get distracted. Remember, why you started? Ask yourself, will you regret if you skip this workout? Motivate yourself by thinking about the curves you have been dreaming of or the perfect slim fit dress you wanted to fit in. Whatever works for you.

Everyone's definition of updating the lifestyle and getting into 'fitness' is different. For one person it might mean moderate muscle toning; for others, it might mean visible 6 pack abs. You have to identify the level of healthy life you want for yourself. Find the balance that allows to achieve what you want for four health and enjoy the healthiest lifestyle you enjoy. Eventually, a sustainable lifestyle will keep you happy which will give a glitter on your face than that of overly restrictive lifestyle which makes you unhappy. The ultimate goal of anyone should be the healthy life. Get Set Go Girls!
