Winter has gone away and here is our not so favorite summer! While we all are excited on one side welcoming the sunny days ahead, on the other hand, it's also dreadful to think about the hot and sultry weather which is here to ruin our glamorous styles and make up.

This roasting reason is not so easy to manage and becomes a challenge as you can't play with different jackets and add-ons every day. Here are a few tips to look COOL this summer.

For the love of White: The most versatile and chilled out color as it does not absorb the heat and keeps your body cool. Furthermore, white colored clothes look trendy and are soft. Nothing can beat the combo of cotton material which is white in color, you just need a pair of soft jeans and couple of white shirts to be added to your wardrobe and you are all set to fight the summertime.

Invest time in your skin: Your skin needs nothing but your time to look fresh all the time. A big thanks to summer clothes and crop tops, I know you are all set to show our skin, but, at the same time, you have to get ready to face Sun's rays with few but effective tips:
• Keep your skin hydrated by drinking 10-12 glasses of water every day.
• Use less make-up, just go for a suitable BB cream and a thin upper and lower layer of Kajal.
• Apply ice on face and neck at night before going to bed.
• Sleep well. A sleep of 7-8 hours will keep you energetic all the day.
• Consume fresh watery fruits in snacks.
• Follow the only golden rule to keep yourself fit- Eat less, Drink more.
• Try to stay away from sunlight between 11-3pm this is the time when the intensity of heat is at its highest.

You and your comfort zone:
It has always been said, achievements begin when there is a step out of the comfort zone. But, when it comes to fashion, there is not an actual need to come out of your comfort zone. Be who you are. Doesn't matter if you are girly, sporty or a preppy girl. Dress yourself with all the freedom to feel the air, don't feel suffocated in the pressure of going with the current trends. Everything will look perfect on you when you know your own style!

Be a little creative:
They say, 'Life's too short to wear boring clothes'. Be the devil when it comes to experimenting. But, be a good one. Try wearing contrasting matches. Accessories always make everything better, but, don't overdo that. Choose the look for you, if you are wearing large sized earings with your attire, a big necklace will look too tacky. Likewise, the single colored clothes will always encourage accessories whereas printed clothes will not ask for much of them.

Hair& Care:
The roasting summer does not show any mercy and dries out everything including your hair. Dust, oil and sweat gifted by this season may lead to dandruff, hair fall and split ends. It is very important to understand that when the hot season hits you, your skin and hair need more attention than always. Because you may have a healthy and bouncy hair all the year, this season drains all the nutrients. Learn how to protect your hair and fight this never ending battle:
• Make sure you cover your hair with a scarf or hat during afternoon times. The harmful UV rays directly contacts the scalp which will weaken the roots and that ultimately leads to hair fall.
• This hack is the best one. While applying sunscreen to your body, just run your palm through your hair.
• Avoid frequent washing of your hair. In this season, we often crave for a chilled head wash. It definitely gives us a fresh feeling ever for that very moment, but also snatches the essential oils and nutrients which are important for hair growth.
• Do not skip conditioning. It creates a layer to protect your hair and also at the same time smoothens them.
• Try out loose hair styles. It will really give a great difference if you experience hair fall.
• Love swimming? Remember, do not shampoo before going to swim. In fact, little oily hair will always protect your hair.

So, yes, this season has the capability to discomfort you. But, summers are the best for outings, vacations and trips. Just plan your trip and keep the above points in your mind and you are all set for the enjoyment.
