Start by changing your mindset, many people, in fact, most of the office people avoid mornings to live their life. They wait for the evenings. Remember, your day starts when you open your eyes. Why waste refreshing mornings in just getting ready for the office and still reaching late? When you wake up late, you roughly waste around one month in the entire year!
The old traditional rule of ‘Early to bed and early to rise’ is followed by all the celebrities you always adore. Wake up around the sunrise time and kick start your awesome day!
2. Cheers with the H2O: Have exactly 2 full glasses of water the very moment you wake up. This will boost up your metabolism and will improve your digestion. I have experienced a lot of changes just by drinking more water than I used to! Keep the target of 15 glasses in a day.
3. Let the music make some noise: Turn on the music. This will no more let you feel sleepy. Fresh n up while the music is on. And yeah, do not choose light music. Researchers have stated: Music reduces stress and anxiety, it keeps our creativity alive and also helps to keep our mind relaxed which gives a natural glow to our face. It’s a great mood booster!
4. Roll up with aerobics: You might be thinking why I choose aerobics over yoga and normal work out. Reasons: One, It’s not boring, two, it reduces the access fat faster than any other physical activity. Don’t spend in joining classes. Just play an aerobics work out video and start in front of the mirror! The ultimate agenda is to get sweaty. Trust me, after a week, aerobics will be your biggest motivation. The only thing where you should spend will be your aerobic outfit. The more I like my outfit, the more excited I am to step up on the beats.
5. Enjoy the meal: We all have once read, “Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper.” We often make a mistake and finish our morning meal fast in the fear of getting late. Enjoy your breakfast like you enjoy your dinner. You can go for protein shakes with all the nutrients. This will save your time and will give you the perfect serving.
The above 5 pointers will guarantee fitness if followed properly. Initially, it will be difficult as it all revolves around waking up early. But, once you break through the challenge, you will start living double of your life.
